BPA: The Future is Now
Competition Piece (2018-2019)
While at the Delaware Area Career Center, I participated in Business Professionals of America's Graphic Design Promotion competition. This competition requires students to create a theme, poster, and logo to promote the following year's BPA National Leadership Conference. Additionally, the students must put together a 6-minute presentation on the design for a panel of judges. Click here to view my presentation binder.

My chosen theme was "The Future is Now. This theme represents the possibilities of the future, and the emergence of young leaders who recognize that these possibilities are within reach. "The Future is Now" is inspired by BPA's focus on IT, business, and leadership. It is intended to inspire people to step outside of their comfort zones, make connections, and create something truly exceptional.

I created the design using Adobe Photoshop (composition, texture effects, basic type), Adobe Illustrator (background pattern, skyline), and Adobe After Effects (3D text).

This project placed second in the country at the BPA National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California.
